About Our Trust
Trust Leadership Team
The Brontë Academy Trust Leadership Team is made up of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Headteachers, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Estates Lead, the Governance Professional, and the IT Lead. This team provides the core business functions that ensure the Trust meets its statutory responsibilities while supporting the operations and educational performance of our Schools.
The Trust Central Team comprises experienced professionals who contribute to both educational and non-educational areas. Working collaboratively and with a shared purpose, we are stronger together—united in our mission to deliver excellent schools for our communities.
Each Executive Headteacher is responsible for the strategic leadership of their schools, including oversight of teaching and support staff, curriculum delivery, facilities, and student welfare. The Brontë Executive Headteachers provide high-quality leadership that empowers staff to teach effectively and creates an environment where students can thrive.
