Our Services
Estate Management
At Bronte Academy Trust, our Estates Service ensures that all our schools operate within safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments. We take a proactive approach to managing our buildings and facilities, commissioning condition surveys to inform long-term planning and carrying out annual premises inspections and paperwork evaluations. We produce regular management reports to monitor health and safety and overall premises compliance.
Our dedicated Estates lead provides hands-on support to site staff in embedding effective systems and routines, offering documentation, templates, and expert advice on completing risk assessments.
We work closely with our CIF (Condition Improvement Fund) partners to develop and support successful bids that align with both the condition needs of our school buildings and the strategic objectives of the Trust. This collaborative approach ensures that capital investment is targeted effectively and delivers long-term benefits for our schools.
We continually monitor the delivery of compliance, inspection, and maintenance services to ensure all work—planned or reactive—is completed to a high standard and in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and security requirements.
Through this comprehensive service, we aim to provide every Bronte school with the environment it needs to thrive—safe, secure, and fit for the future
