Technology Support

At Bronte Academy Trust, our IT services are designed to empower teaching and learning through reliable, efficient, and forward-thinking technology. We aim to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to the classroom, helping to make teaching more manageable, reducing technical disruption, and ultimately supporting the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care.

All of our schools operate within a Trust-wide IT infrastructure, enabling seamless collaboration and resource sharing while ensuring that data is stored securely and monitored by a central team of specialists. This unified approach includes centralised systems such as our MIS, internet filtering, telephony, and printing—helping us to streamline operations, reduce costs through collective procurement, and simplify the onboarding of new schools into the Trust.

Our experienced IT Lead supports a wide range of school settings and equipment. With a deep knowledge of device deployment and management, we  offer expert guidance on the best ways to integrate technology effectively in each school’s unique context.

Day-to-day support is provided and requests for help can be resolved remotely or through on-site support based locally. Each school also benefits from a our IT lead who works closely with school leadership to ensure the service is responsive, forward-looking, and aligned with the school’s ongoing needs and priorities.

In addition, our IT Lead offers procurement advice to help schools secure best value and invest wisely in future-proof solutions. This includes support with acquiring desktops, laptops, iPads, classroom displays, software, and licensing.

Through our Trust-wide digital strategy and responsive local support, we ensure every school has the tools, systems, and expertise needed to thrive in a modern, tech-enabled learning environment.
