Brontë Academy Trust is a company limited by guarantee and an exempt charity. We are therefore regulated by the Education Funding Agency as part of the Department of Education. The academies within the Trust are funded by the Department of Education on a per pupil basis.

Funding Agreements

The funding agreement provides the framework for academy or free school to operate in. The Master Funding Agreement is for the Trust as a whole and each of the schools within the Trust will then use the appropriate supplemental funding agreement.


Attendance & Pecuniary Interest Registers

These documents provide access to records of trustee meeting attendance and declarations of pecuniary interest. These documents reflect Brontë Academy Trust’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and high standards of governance.
